We had an amazing stay at this luxurious mountain hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was perfect. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern alpine style. The beds were extremely comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of options in a lovely dining room. The homemade cakes were a highlight and the Italian coffee was excellent. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby ski area, a great restaurant, and various activities. We felt truly at home and didn't want to leave. We can't wait to return!
This place is highly recommended for families seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Our skiing trip was not very enjoyable due to the location being far away from the mountains. the restaurant options nearby were limited and not very good. the hotel lacked any activities or amenities to keep us entertained. the room was small and cramped with an outdated bathroom. the service was average with no personal touches or attention to detail. the breakfast was basic and disappointing with no variety or options. the view from the room was non-existent and unappealing.
The gym facilities were exceptional with modern equipment and great lighting.

The hotel facilities in this mountain getaway were clean, cozy, and up-to-date. I loved the strategic location, being able to enjoy a great nearby restaurant and partake in different activities. The breakfast spread was an absolute delight and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always on hand. the transportation and parking options were on point.
Everything was spot on.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, with comfortable beds and a really relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was also great, with lots of choice and a lovely dining area. We were really impressed with the location, as it was easy to get to all the main attractions and sights in the area. And one of the best things about our stay was the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always on hand to help us out with anything we needed.
The only slight downside of our stay was that it was a bit of a walk to get to some of the main areas, which could be a bit of a hassle if you have mobility issues. However, this was only a minor issue, and overall we had a fantastic time at this hotel!

the breakfast which had a wide variety of options was amazing; we enjoyed the fresh pastries and the variety of fruits that were offered. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and the bus station. we appreciated the convenience of the spa and wellness facilities, which were quite modern and calming.
There were some aspects that made our experience uncomfortable. the spa area seemed to have restricted access times.
